Lovely & Spacious double bedroom in Putney

Unfortunately I'm moving out of my girly flat in Putney, to move in with my boyfriend

The room is a spacious double room with plenty of storage in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat located in Putney Hill. We are about a 10 min walk away from Putney train station and 13 min walk to East Putney station (District line) where all the shops, restaurants and amenities are. Putney Heath's north east corner is only a 4 min walk away. Bus stops are on the main road also about a 5min walk away.

About the room:
It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit, bedside table, big new wardrobe. So truly lots of space to keep things out of the way. All windows are double glazed so it stays very cozy in the winter.

About communal areas:
It has a small kitchen with all the essentials (new fridge freezer, oven, microwave, small dishwasher and washing machine), very decent size sitting room with super comfy couches and dining table. The bathroom has shower over bath, toilet and sink plus we have a separate small toilet room. Rooms and hallway are carpeted. Kitchen and sitting room are not.

The area is lovely and very quiet. Ideal if you like to sleep in peace away from hight street noises yet close enough to all the advantages it offers. There is a big communal garden that is very well taken care of too.

There is a bike shed available upon request from the landlord which is shared with other tenants in the complex.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and makes sharing a flat a non painful experience. Someone who wants to make this flat a home and takes care of it as if it is your own. This includes taking responsibilities like cleaning after yourself, taking bins out, emptying dishwasher and be willing to follow our strict weekly cleaning rota.

The room costs £800 per month. Bills are not included, which also means you’d be expected to be responsible with the electricity, gas and water consumption. All bills are approximately £90-100 on top per month. Those include gas, electric, water, internet and council tax.

About the girls you’d be living with;
They are both hard working young professionals between the age of 28 and 35 that work out of the house.
Amirah works in retail in the beauty sector and loves her coffe dates and books and wonder around shops and explore in her free time. Also into watching shows.
Ana works in childcare and education. Loves the outdoors, being active, everything artsy and socialising.
The girls are very chilled, not big party people and we are both appreciative of our down time and privacy. Although that doesn't mean we're not up for a chat and a bit of gossip after a day of work.
