A well-sized double bedroom has become available in East Putney, 5 minutes’ walk from East Putney tube and within easy reach of the shops and amenities of Putney and Wandsworth.

My flatmate is vacating his room to live with his girlfriend so I am am looking for someone to take over his tenancy. I am advertising the bedroom at a (non-negotiable) price of £918.75pcm, not including bills (which, to date, have been around £125 per person per month).

•⁠ ⁠In a charming Victorian building, which has been converted into six flats. Neighbours are super friendly

•⁠ ⁠Within 5 minutes’ walk of smaller supermarkets, and 10 minutes’ walk of larger supermarkets and multiple gyms

•⁠ ⁠25 year-old professional from the Netherlands working in the City as a Public Relations professional - WFH max two days/week

•⁠ ⁠Sporty: running, cycling, football, golf, tennis, and swimming

•⁠ ⁠Artistic: guitar, reading, watching movies

•⁠ ⁠Sociable: see friends during the week and weekends, as well as my sister and brother-in-law who live in nearby Earlsfield

--- WHO I’M LOOKING FOR ---

•⁠ ⁠A reliable person who will respect the property, the flatmate and the neighbours, clean up after themselves and share in the chores of the property

•⁠ ⁠Someone willing to socialise, perhaps eat together now and again or go out, but also respectful of the need for privacy

•⁠ ⁠Easy-going, a good sense of humour and open-minded

•⁠ ⁠Preferably a similar profile to me (20s or 30s, professional)

•⁠ ⁠No marijuana or drug users
