I'm moving back to my home country, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room. The tenancy is managed through Foxtons, so everything is fully legitimate and professionally handled.

You'll be sharing the flat with just one easy-going female flatmate. The flat is very spacious, with a large living room and a separate kitchen, meaning you'll have plenty of room to enjoy.

The room comes with plenty of storage space, and there is also lots of additional storage throughout the flat. Considering the size of the room, the spacious flat, and the excellent location, it offers great value for money.

The flat has a friendly and respectful atmosphere. My current flatmate and I take turns cleaning the shared areas once a week, and we both make an effort to clean up after ourselves and keep the place tidy.

This is not a party house. We're looking for someone who is considerate, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoys a clean and comfortable home environment.
