We have a very spacious part furnished bedroom with shared bathroom with one other person available in a friendly house share in East Putney.

About the flat!

The bedroom is medium sized room. It comes with one double built in wardrobe, a king sized bed and mattress. There is plenty of room for a desk and other furnishings so is ideal for someone working from home/hybrid working. If you are interested in any of the other furniture in the room, our current housemate is happy to sell items. There is a shared bathroom (shared with one other person) with a bath and shower situation.

The flat is a modern 3 bed with a large kitchen/lounge area. There is plenty of space in the flat so we never feel like we are on top of each other and the kitchen/lounge area is great for both cooking and relaxing. We also have underfloor heating, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The flat also has a balcony which is great in the summer.

The flat is less than 5 minutes from East Putney Tube Station and 7 minutes from Putney Station. It is also close to bus routes into Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Richmond and central.

Rent

The rent for the room is £962 per month, excluding bills. Bills come to around £100 a month. The room is available from 4th August.

A little bit about us!

You would be living with Lily (31) and Gus (29) (Not a couple only friends). Lily works in civil service and Gus works for an engineering/planning consultancy in the City.

During the week we usually do our own thing with work, dinners and going to the gym/training. At the weekend, we like to go out for dinner/drinks with friends, swimming, gym, go out for gigs or to theatre but also have chilled nights in.

The flat really is lovely and we are both clean and tidy so somebody who respects the space they are living in and wants to live in a nice clean environment is a must for us.
