It's that lease changeover time of year, and we've got one room available in our big, 6-bed Putney home!

The room will be available from 28th July.

🛏️ The room:

MIDDLE FLOOR (of three floors), £800 pm +utilities // cosy double room, with garden views. 12 m^2

The details:

📍 We're a 6 minute walk to East Putney tube, 8 minute walk to Putney overground station, and very close to a handful of bus stops. There's Wandsworth Park & the Thames Path just down the road, and Wimbledon Common up the road for the trail-running / picnicking enthusiasts among us.
Around the corner is Another Brother that does delicious coffee, and directly across the road there's a hidden gem of a gin distillery.

🏡 The house has a spacious living area, kitchen and big garden (no jokes, we play cricket & badminton in it). There are 2 shared bathrooms + 1 standalone toilet.

🕺 Your new housemates:

Most of us originally met on spareroom and have come to be a close and social home. Including you, there will be 8 housemates in total (two couples). We're a mixture of English, Scottish, South African and Australian.

We're all working professionals - in healthcare, finance, the arts, advertising and tech. You're guaranteed to learn something new by living here!

Despite there being a lot of us, we mostly run on our own schedules during the week - meaning that the kitchen never feels too much like you're in a hostel, thank goodness!

This being said, most weekends we'll be doing something together (opt in basis, ofc). Mostly this looks like cooking dinner, playing tennis on the local courts, venturing out for a quick coffee or lounging on the sofa watching football.

Bonus points if you're good on the BBQ tongs, because we have a cherished charcoal webber & fire pit that's getting an absolute flogging currently.

During the week, the expectation is that it's a calm and clean space.

💸 The nitty-gritty:

The room comes with a cupboard & shelving, but is otherwise unfurnished. If you would like a desk, there is option for you to also purchase the existing one in the room.

All bills are between £60-£100 depending on the month, we can give you a breakdown should you need (internet, energy, council tax, cleaner, water, communal items) ✨

Deposit is £989 per room and is protected in a deposit scheme
