I’m looking for someone to take over my studio in Putney, just a short walk from the beautiful Wandsworth Park.
The studio comes with a private kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, while still being part of a friendly flat. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, which is great if you fancy cooking, having a chat with flatmates, or just using a bit more space.
The room is available from 2 August and costs £1,375 per month, with all bills included, including high-speed Wi-Fi, so everything is covered from day one.
The flat is shared with a lovely group of young working professionals who are easy-going, respectful, and friendly. Everyone has their own routines, but we also enjoy hanging out, chatting, and occasionally going for a drink or grabbing food together.

* A few minutes from Wandsworth Park and the River Thames
* Great transport links into Central London
* Plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby
