Ensuite sublet in Putney - river view and terrace

Hi! I’m looking to sublet my lovely room in Putney from 10th August until 23rd Sept when the tenancy ends (though can be flexible within those dates). I pay 1085pcm + bills. Council tax is band D for Wandsworth which has low council tax rates!

🛏️ The room is ensuite and furnished, with a large wardrobe and double bed.

🏡 The flat itself has views over green space and river, and a south facing roof terrace! It’s ~5 mins to East Putney (district line) and 3 local supermarkets, ~10 mins to the high street and Putney mainline station!

🤩 You’d be living with two boys (age 25 and 27) but any gender welcome. We’re all moving out at the end of September so there would also be the potential to explore moving into the flat on a more long term basis.
