✨ Small Double Bedroom available in PUTNEY (£600/pcm + bills)✨

We are on the hunt for a friendly, tidy, easy going late 20s - 30s, female flatmate to join our three bed flat in Putney from the 3rd of September.

I’m Sam (34, Aussie, Nanny) and the other flatmate is Georgia (26, Aussie, works in Film). We are very respectful of each others privacy and down time, but also enjoy a chat and wouldn’t be opposed to sharing a chilled evening together over dinner and/or a drink!

As for the room we are advertising, it is a small double bedroom for £600/pcm (inc. water and internet).
The other bills are the council tax (Band D), electric/gas and fortnightly cleaner, which split between 3 people comes to around £70-100/pcm (depending on time of year).
It is on the small side for a double bedroom but fits a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe comfortably. There is also two communal cupboards in the hallway that we can refigure if you need more storage space.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is great when sharing with multiple people!
There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the bits and bobs you may need to cook up a storm.
The lounge and dining room is separate to the kitchen and is huge! We have a three seater and a two seater couch, as well as a full dinning table.
There is a communal garden shared with the other tenants living in the flats.

The flat is based only a 5min walk from East Putney station which has the district line and another 14min walk or 5min bus ride to the heart of Putney/Putney station where you can get the train to Clapham Junction in minutes.
Transport links are very reliable and easy to access from our flat!
We are near a load of pubs and bars, fast food and restaurants, a decent sized mall and a cinema.
We have Putney Bridge a close 15 minutes walk where you can catch some beautiful sunsets!
There is a Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsburys (and even more) all within a short walking distance!
