Large room available in Putney from 27th August!

We are sadly moving out of our flat in Putney to move back to New Zealand. House is a massive 3/4 level, 3 bathroom property in a safe quiet street less than 5 mins to East Putney Station and less than 10 mins to Putney Station. Loads of great parks and cafes in the area and close to the Thames path perfect for running and cycling!

House is 4 bedrooms with all working professionals in architecture, event management, and banking. There is a backyard and the house has plenty of shared spaces so feels sometimes like there is no one else home! We are a social house but busy and respect our own space, so looking for a couple or single who will get along with the remaining flatties but is respectful and clean and tidy of the lovely home!

Large room which fits desk and chair, two wardrobes, two chests of drawers and king sized bed, with plenty of space left. Room was unfurnished on move in but all furniture in the bedroom (/all house furniture) will remain so new tenants would need to buy out the furniture share, all costs I have broken down below.

Monthly rent: £1360

Cleaner: £25 per person (the cleaner comes twice a month)
