October Sublet in gorgeous 3 bed flat

Hey!

I’m moving out to move in with some friends just moving to London! My room will be available for a 1 month sublet for the whole month of October. The room is £1000 for the month with all bills included (WiFi, electric, water etc). I could be somewhat flexible with move in date/ price, but last day would have to be Oct 31st or earlier.

The flat is in an elite location, just a 7-minute walk from East Putney Underground station. It’s a spacious, modern flat with a large living room + dining table, a balcony, and access to a massive communal garden shared between the seven flats in the building. There’s also a dedicated parking space for the flat, which we currently don’t use!

You’d be living with James (27, Project Manager) and Nick (24, Software Engineer). They’re both great lads who split between office and WFH during the week. We are a very chill and easy going flat, and all get along very well. The flat has a lot of kitchen equipment and appliances which we all share, including an exquisite coffee machine. Perfect for a sub let as everything is shared :)

The bedroom is a great size, with more than enough space for a desk if you WFH. It also has built-in wardrobes with very deep storage. I have a lot of clothes, and everything fits comfortably. There is also A LOT of storage in the flat, so more than enough space for suitcases, golf clubs etc.
