Double Room in 3 bed East Putney flat by tube

I’m moving out to move in with some friends just moving to London! My room will be available from 3rd October.

You’d be taking over my tenancy that runs until early March, with a good chance of staying longer if you’d like, as James and Nick are planning to renew the tenancy. But also no pressure to stay beyond March :)

The flat is in an elite location, just a 7-minute walk from East Putney Underground station. It’s a spacious, modern flat with a large living room + dining table, a balcony, and access to a massive communal garden shared between the seven flats in the building. There’s also a dedicated parking space for the flat, which we currently don’t use!

You’d be living with James (27, Project Manager) and Nick (24, Software Engineer). They’re both great lads who split between office and WFH during the week. We are a very chill and easy going flat, and all get along very well. The flat has a lot of kitchen equipment and appliances which we all share, including an exquisite coffee machine.

The bedroom is a great size, with more than enough space for a desk if you WFH, as well as a TV. It also has built-in wardrobes with very deep storage. I have a lot of clothes, and everything fits comfortably.

Bills are typically around £100 per month, and everything is already set up, including WiFi.
