I have a good size single room to let in my 3 bed house in a quiet part of Putney. Nonetheless we are close to all amenities. Bars, shops and transport. The walk to East Putney tube is 6 minutes, and Putney BR 12 minutes, from which it is only 15 minutes to Waterloo. The room is South facing and benefits from a private roof terrace which overlooks the beautiful leafy grounds of the Mansion block at the end of the road. There is also a separate shower room (wet room actually) for your use. and share of the Kitchen and Dining room. I employ a cleaner. Linen is of course provided as is Freeview T. V. and Broadband. Please note this is Monday to Friday let ONLY.
