Large double room available in flat share

Hi,

We are looking for a couple to move into a large double room in our flat located only a 5 min walk away from East Putney.

Current flatties are all easy-going, enjoy a drink or two together, watching sport and travelling. Ideally looking for tidy flatmates that are into similar interests.

The train station, Putney high street, Wandsworth park and the river are all only a 10 min walk away.

The room comes fully furnished with a large double bed, side drawers, 2 sets of clothing drawers (his and hers...) a desk, bookshelf and Ikea wardrobes. Loads of storage space in the room also.

Rent is £620 per month and bills come to about 65 per person a month which includes sky (movies & sport), wifi, phone, power, water, council tax and general house stuff (TP, soap, washing powder etc). So it's super cheap for the location.

The move in date would ideally be Sunday 9th November.
