One of my flat mate has decided to move out due to changes in her circumstances.

The flat is in a nice location in East Putney, 7-8 mins walk to East putney underground and local shops and has the bus 170 right outside which goes to Wandsworth, Clapham Junction or all the way into Victoria.

It is a newly decorated and fully furnished cousy room including double size bed. A set of drawers and a very large built in wardrobe.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom to share.

The flat mates are both easy going and friendly male and female professional who work during the week. Flora one of the flat mate might move from her bedroom soon so another double bed room may soon become available.

There is a shared garden at the back of the building and a place to park bicycles or motorbike.

Both short let or long let will be considered.
