We have a very large double room available in a gorgeous 5 bedroom house. The room is furnished. It's located on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom. If it’s a couple rent is £990 a month.
The house has a gorgeous open plan kitchen joined to 2 living spaces. We also have a spacious garden. The price is with all bills included.
The area is within easy access of public transport, a bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are also within walking distance.
You'll be sharing with 5 friendly professional housemates from the UK, Spain and Australia. We also have a cat.
We're looking for a male or female between the ages of 25 and 38 years old that's looking to join a lively and easy going household. Move in date is 6th February but can be flexible. We require a deposit to confirm. Hope to hear from you :)
