We have a small double room available in a gorgeous large 5 bedroom house. The room is furnished and for single use if a couple is interested rent goes up to £750 per month but please be aware it’s quite small for two sharing. It's located on the top floor with a shared bathroom.
The house has a gorgeous open plan kitchen joined to 2 living spaces. We also have a spacious garden. The price is with all bills included.
The area is within easy access of public transport, a bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are also within walking distance.
You'll be sharing with 5 friendly professional housemates from the UK, Spain and Australia. We also have a cat.
We're looking for a male or female between the ages of 22 and 35 years old that's looking to join a lively and easy going household. Move in date is 21st December but can be later than this We require a deposit to confirm.
