Double room in gorgeous home in Mortlake

I've rented this lovely home in Mortlake for 4 years, and am looking for a housemate to replace my sister who has moved out of London.

It's a spacious house with an eat-in kitchen, big living room area including space to work from home (that isn't your bedroom) and a paved garden. The area is lovely, close to the river and to Richmond Park and the neighbours are friendly.

I work in marketing in the week, splitting my time between my office and working from home, and coach junior sport at the weekend. I'm happiest outdoors, spending time running or on my bike but also love a dinner party with too much wine (before they were illegal, of course) or drinks and dinner in town. The other housemate is a friendly terrier called Attila.

I'm asking for £725 pcm in rent, and will accept offers from the right person. Bills come to around £200 per month.
