Bright double room - garden view/housemates incl.

One room available in our cosy terraced house with open-plan living space, fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. And we have a luscious, bright garden and patio to match!

It is a double room with garden views, built-in wardrobe, furnished with a large chest of drawers, bedside tables and a comfortable bed with hidden storage space underneath.

Downstairs is our comfortable communal living area with TV, two sofas, dining table and fast, reliable WiFi throughout. Washing machine and drier are available (or a washing line for those rain-free, breezy days).

Our garden is pretty long and gets good light all year round, especially in the mid-afternoon. There is a shed at the end with space to store bikes (or anything else)!

We are situated in close proximity to the Thames and to Richmond Park. Easy train links from Mortlake (7 minute walk) or Barnes Bridge (13 minute walk), and numerous bus routes too! Lots of pubs in the area (we're still trying to tick them all off) and a stone's throw from the shops and supermarkets of East Sheen and Barnes village.

We are looking for either a singleton (£800) or couple (£900) who is/are sociable, tidy and considerate. Me and my girlfriend both enjoy getting out into nature, listening to music, and enjoying the odd glass of wine or three, and are looking for someone with a similar mindset. I practice yoga regularly, my girlfriend is a keen, talented artist and we both enjoy trips out of London to the coast for a surf/clifftop walk followed by a cider or ice cream :D

Bills are split evenly among us, and are generally around £200 each depending on energy usage. Council tax band: E. Residents parking is available in the surrounding area, and there's rarely any difficulty finding a spot on our stretch of road.
