Living with x4 other lads- all employed, friendly established household.

Ideal for quiet postgrad student or busy professional, WFH suitable. All rooms modestly furnished. Oven, fridge, washing machine and hoover are new. Room going has double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk.

Comfortable and easy-going household, all very busy and full-time working. Peaceful, restful and geeky flat who value quiet above all else (all of us have different shift times, including working nights & WFH). MUSTS: We're looking for a considerately quiet, house-trained and employed person. All of us work long hours: education, healthcare, IT and management. We are not a party house (anymore ;)) and our place is not suitable for gatherings or entertaining, though quiet guests (such as partners) are very welcome anytime.

Communal spaces are 1 Kitchen + 1 upper kitchenette, x2 bathrooms (x2 showers/ x2 toilets), sunroom and balcony. Had renovations a year or so ago on both bathrooms. we pay communally for unlimited Wifi. New double-glazed windows.

AMAZING location: local high street 2 mins walk away (Tesco, Waitrose, shops, etc.) with Corner shop next to us open late. Bus stops outside (33, 337, 493) in both directions. Mortlake Station 10 mins walk away for trains direct to Waterloo within 25 mins. Richmond Park and the Thames 15 mins away on foot in either direction. Richmond walkable, Roehampton, Putney, Wandsworth and Clapham all easy by bus. Previous housemates have commuted to central with ease.

CHEAP AND CHEERFUL: Rent: £525 double room, bills currently £150pm each for unlimited fibre WiFi, water, gas, electric (this also includes a private cleaner once a week who hoovers stairs/communal spaces and cleans the bathrooms/kitchens!). Council tax roughly £32 each. Comfortable, reasonable no-frills house and household (some of us have been here since we were students).

OCD level cleanliness or noise won't be welcome- our flat is modest, homely and lived-in, though we pick up after ourselves and need a housemate who is clean and respectful. We all put in together and pay for house amenities in bulk to make it cheap.

We are normal, easy-going, quiet blokes looking for same.
