Large furnished double room for single female

We seek a kind and friendly boarder who would like to rent a very large furnished room on the top floor of our family home. Room includes king size bed, desk, cupboard, small couch and a reading chair. Exclusive use of a toilet/shower room located also on top floor (accessed via home office).

The location is ideal, step out the front door to a bus stop, walk to Mortlake train in 7 mins, 5 mins to Tesco/Waitrose, and about 10 mins to Richmond Park.

Large house with shared eat-in kitchen, a big lounge with dining room (but we are kitchen dwellers by nature) and a lovely garden too when weather permits 😊

We are a family with two kids (11 & 13) - early risers rather than late nights. We enjoy cycling, movies, chess and cooking. Plenty of bike parking in a secured shed.

No couples please. It's just not suitable for more than one person. And female preferred.

Monthly rent £800 (all bills included - wifi, water, electricity). And if you have time through the week from 4pm to 6:30pm to help with kids, the rent can be much lower.
