Spacious Room in Huge Character Flat

A room has become available in this gorgeous Grade II listed flat, smack bang in-between Barnes Bridge and Mortlake, neighbouring several small patch parks and a stones throw away from the thames.

We're looking for someone to take over for the next two months of tenancy, with an additional 1 year sign on in Novemeber. First two months of rent will be £50 lighter! (*£760). Bill are not included, and come to an additional £150 per month give or take a few quid (got to love that council tax).

The room is part furnished with a bed and side table.

5-weeks rents worth of deposit is required.

Its a stunning area with great parks, cafes and small businesses. There's easy access to areas such as Richmond and Barnes. The flat has several bus stops just outside our front door, with a short journey to Hammersmith that can take you to central in no time (its an even shorter cycle -- my record is 12 mins!)

We're a friendly flat that appreciates our own space as we're all working professionals who are out and about often, however the shared living space is a great hang out spot for a catch-up and chat.

One of us is hybrid WFH during the week, but there's plenty of space between our rooms and shared living space for multiple people to be WFH at once without issue.

We're looking for tidy, respectful individuals who will look after the flat with us and treat it as a home. We're not a party flat (- special occasions!) and the area is residential with a lot of families nearby, so please do keep in mind when considering to move in. This is not a 420 friendly household, but one of us is a respectful cigarette smoker in the communal spaces.
