Hello! I have a large double bedroom with en-suite to rent, it's the loft conversion. I'm a 40-year old Director (Architect) at an Architecture practice in Southwark. I live with my 6-year old son who goes to the local school and our dog called Biscuit. Biscuit is small and well-behaved. I work from home 2 days a week but otherwise am in the office or out on site.
We live in a 3-bed terrace house with garden in East Sheen, very close to Mortlake station. Parking available on the street. In addition to the trains there are frequent buses running to Barnes, Putney, Richmond and beyond.
I am looking for £1200 a month which includes all bills/internet. And 1-month deposit.
