I’m a professional woman, moving closer to friends in Greenwich, and I’ll be sad to leave this wonderful home. It’s been such a calm and welcoming place to live, just 10 minutes’ walk from Richmond Park, with two friendly, easy-going Spanish and English professional housemates.

The room is a bright, cosy double and will be freshly painted before you move in. It comes fully furnished with all essentials, perfect for relaxing after work. All bills are included (Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, water, council tax), making it simple to budget.

The house is calm, tidy, with a respectful and safe atmosphere. Weekdays are low-key, with relaxed weekends. It’s in a safe, leafy area with excellent transport links: 15 min walk to Mortlake Station (~25 min to central London) and 10 min bus to Richmond. Local cafés, shops, and green spaces are just a short walk away.

We’re looking for someone considerate and tidy, who enjoys a relaxed, mature household. The room is available from 07 December 2025 (flexible).
