Double bedroom available in a 2 bed top floor flat (5th floor) in East Sheen.
The flat is moments away from Richmond Park and only a 25 minute walk from Richmond (10 min drive) and close to Putney too (also 10 min drive). Mortlake Train Station is only a 10 minute walk down the road. It’s such a cosy flat in such a nice area with a small high street down the road too with restaurants, bars, cafes etc!
My current flatmate wants to move out early so we need someone to take her room for the rest of the tenancy which ends in November 2026. The flat is spacious and furnished with a nice cosy vibe but the room itself will be unfurnished.
I'm looking for a lovely housemate to take over for the rest of the tenancy. I'm a working professional who's sociable, friendly and respectful. I work shifts and some weekends so may not always be around.
There is a living room which has views of central London, kitchen and bathroom with a mini balcony area and stairs out the back of the flat otherwise there is a lift to the front entrance. The flat is such a nice cosy place to be when I’m not working, any questions about it are welcome if you’re interested!
Parking on the private estate is permitted but there is 24/7 parking on the surrounding streets where spaces are always available.
Flat is council tax band D.
Bills aren’t included in the monthly rent and would be around £250 on top
