The house is situated in close proximity to the Thames and to Richmond Park. Easy train links from Mortlake (7 minute walk) or Barnes Bridge (13 min walk), and numerous bus routes too. There are a lot of pubs in the area and close to various shops and supermarkets of East Sheen an Barnes.

I am looking for a singular (£1100) or couple (£1200) who are sociable, tidy and considerate. I have been living in the flat for the last 16 months or so with the landlord and who is sadly moving overseas but has entrusted the house with me.
I enjoy going for walks, listening to music and enjoying a nice glass of wine or having a pint at one of the local pubs.
