Short term let, until July 24 in lovely East Sheen

Hiya,
We two professionals in our 30's looking for someone to take the third room of our flat for a few months while we wait for our long term flatmate to return from travels.
One New Zealander, and one Brit.
We live on the high street (above the shop) and we are close to loads of great shops and pubs etc. The room that is going is the largest in the house with loads of storage.
Once the lock down is over the brand new Pure Gym which is about 50m down the road will re open if that's of interest to you!
I have lived here for about 9 years and absolutely love it. Nicky has been here for about 4 (but in the area for about 6 years) Richmond park is a ten minute walk in one direction and the river is 10 minutes away in the other direction which is great for running etc.
The closest pub to us has a great garden and they have weekly quizzes and poker nights!
Mortlake overland station is 5 minutes away and there are direct trains into Waterloo, Clapham junction and Richmond. We also have great bus routes from outside the house towards hammersmith, putney, wimbledon, Clapham junction and Richmond.

We have a private landlord who looks after us well, and the flat has good amenities like a dishwasher and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
