A 4th housemate is sought for a friendly professional split-level flat share in leafy Sheen, close to Richmond Park.

A lovely fully furnished double room is coming up available in East Sheen. The rent is £850 per month inclusive of ALL BILLS.

It is a 5 minutes walk from Mortlake station, 7-10 minutes bus ride to Richmond, Barnes and Putney.

The house is a modern 4-bedroom split level flat on the Park side in East Sheen.

The double room is fully furnished with good quality furniture.

There is a modern kitchen and lovely warm living and dining room for sharing.

There are currently three Professional female tenants and we are looking to replace the fourth housemate leaving for personal reasons.

The existing housemates are three welcoming professional women, a teacher, an architect. Everyone respects each others space and has their own lives but still enjoy a catch up over a drink. The room is very spacious.

There is also large lounge with Sky TV. Parking is available and there is space for bikes in the hallway.

So far we have had tenants stay there for up to 4-5 years and longer as there is a nice vibe in the house.

We are live out landlords (husband and me) and are very accessible if you need anything. We fix maintenance issues very quickly and are very efficient.

We don't charge an admin fee for the paperwork and referencing.

There are good sharing facilities in the house including:-

A spacious living room. It contains two black leather sofas, a good sized dining table, coffee table and flat screen TV..

A well kitted out kitchen consisting of good cupboard space, microwave, washing machine, 4 hob cooker, dish washer, fridge/freezer and cutlery.

A nicely decorated bathroom with a bath and a shower.

A large storage area for bikes in the communal area downstairs.

Off street parking for a total of 3 cars in the private driveway to the flat.

The broadband speed is good too.
