My current flatmate has move out of East Village so the double room and separate private bathroom will be available from 1 October 2018. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Stratford DLR and an 8 minute walk from Stratford tube station (which has many TfL lines).
Sitting within Zone 2, East Village is a thriving, dynamic and diverse area home to many professionals working in the City. On your doorstep is the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Westfield (7 minute walk), Better Gym (30 second walk), Sainsbury's (1 minute walk) and many local restaurants and bars. There is also a pharmacy, doctors & dental surgery and dry cleaners all within a 2 minute walking distance from the flat.
There are three stations that are all within 8 minutes walking distance from the flat: Stratford DLR Station (5 minute walk), Stratford International (6 minute walk) and Stratford Station (8 minute walk). You won't be stuck on your commute if your mainline is down - there are plenty of alternative routes!
- From Stratford International to Kings Cross St. Pancras takes 7 minutes; and
- Stratford Station has the Central line, Jubilee line, TfL Rail, London Overground and other National Rail services (roughly 18 platforms).
The room available is a double room with a wardrobe, bed-side cabinet and a chest of drawers already fitted. Right next to the room is the main bathroom which will be exclusively yours. It's a large bath/shower, toilet and sink.

I am generally quite a busy guy and currently work in the City. I like to come home to a calm flat and like having regular takeaways. I also enjoy eating out in Central London or even in Westfield.
I am looking for someone who is a professional, easy going, tidy, respectful, but someone who's also willing to have the odd takeaway or meal out. I also enjoy exploring London, so having a like-minded flatmate would be great!
