The flat is a short walk from Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International DLR station and a 10-minute walk from Stratford Station with Overground, Jubilee, DLR, and Central Line connections. 8 minutes to Kings Cross and 20 minutes to Liverpool Street.

The area also has amazing local restaurants, cafes, gyms, supermarkets, Olympic Park, with tennis, swimming, football, rugby, pretty much all sports you could think of. Hackney Wick is only a 10-minute walk along the canal, great for a Sunday morning stroll, with even more places to eat and drink. The flat has all modern facilities: dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer, underfloor heating with individual thermostats in rooms, triple glazed, and balcony.

The room comes with 2 double-height MASSIVE wardrobes with tons of storage, 2 bedside tables, bed and mattress, (please note the bed and mattress in the pictures is my own, but GLL will supply), brown chest of drawers. The room also has double Juliette balcony doors, and an en suite bathroom, with a large rain shower. There is a second bathroom, off the living area.

The tenancy agreement is managed by a company called Get Living London. GLL offers a deposit free letting agreement but background checks and referencing will apply as normal and these can take up to 20 working days to process.

Ira is a friendly person who prefers to resolve any issues as they come up and is considerate and respectful, so they will expect the same in return.

This really is one of the most amazing new places to live in London, offering everything it has to offer, living in Zone 2, while being peaceful with natural outdoor spaces. The only reason I am moving is that myself and partner moving in together, and were staying in the East Village.
