Hey! We’ve got a double-bed room available in a spacious three bedroom flat located in the East Village neighbourhood in Stratford.

It’s available from 11th November but we can be flexible with the move in date if needed.

You will be living with a couple of working professionals: myself (age 31) and my flatmate, Adam (age 24).

We all respect our own space, pretty laid back, and are clean and tidy but we love to have a chat and socialise too. Ideally we are looking for someone aged 24-31 who fits into this, and you will be sharing a bathroom with Adam.

No deposit is needed to move in but due to Get Living regulations, occupants will need to be earning over £30k.
