I’ll be moving out after 20th of December because of my job. We moved the office on the other side of London so I would have to get closer to it.

Everyone is professional here, the place is chill and all the people are respectful and easygoing. I love the building and the area. It’s right next to the Olympic park and Westfield Stratford. Extremely close to the stations Stratford International and Stratford. It takes 7 minutes from Stratford to Liverpool Street.

There is Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S close-by.

The area is safe and secure.

We are looking for someone that would like to move in approximately after the 20th of December. There is no need for deposit. However, there is a reference done by the GLL agency. You can move in before the reference is done because it takes around 20 days.
