My current flatmates are moving on to Canada in August so I'm looking for a new flatmate to come and join me in this well-sized, fantastically located flat in the East Village development just 2-3 minutes walk from Stratford International station/DLR and 10 minutes walk from Stratford station.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and chests of drawers, as well as large built-in wardrobes which you can see from the photo (En-suite bedroom 2). The en-suite bathroom also has more than enough room behind the mirror to store anything you might need.

The property also has a top floor balcony - which is great in the summer, and a master bathroom which means there's no competition for bathroom space in the mornings!

I'm a professional software developer working in East London who likes watching sports, going out at the weekends and gaming. I'm flexible on the kind of person I live with but I always appreciate someone who is tidy and respectful of their housemate.

The apartment is on Logan Close - a quiet street right next to victory park, and all the other amenities in the area such as the charcuterie, Chop Shop, Fish House, and Sainsbury's.
