Spacious, Modern Double Bedroom EnSuite

Hi,

I'm Nat, I've lived at the apartment for six years now and absolutely love it. It's located 5 minute walk from Westfield shopping center in the east village with the Olympic park, coffee shops, groceries, butchers, gyms all right on the door step (and some great brunch places). I work organising events, conferences and exhibitions for the Retail Industry. I travel quite a lot for work, am very tidy, friendly and sociable.

I'm look for a female professional, the apartment is really modern and spacious, and the room available for rent is a double bed en suite. The apartment is on the top floor with a balcony. All bills are included in the rental cost, which includes sky, internet, all utilities and a cleaner who comes for 3 hours once every two weeks.

If you would like to arrange a viewing please let me know, i'm ideally look for someone to move in the beginning of August but i'm flexible with dates.
