The monthly rent is £774 + bills which usually equate to around £80-90 per month (including Electricity, Water, Internet, Housekeeping, Council Tax)

GetLivingLondon are the agents for this property, and run most of the properties in the area. Their office is in the village itself so they are easy to contact in person if not by email. They require new tenants to pass their reference before signing on, and this includes having a minimum income of £24,000.
