Double room / Fun modern flat / Olympic Village

Hello!

We are looking for a third musketeer, to replace our friend who has got a job at Google in Dublin!

You would be living with:
Lanre (that's me, market analyst, budding photographer, and London explorer) and Vikesh (director, yogi, vegetarian, one of the coolest guys you've never met). We didn't know each other before living together, but have managed to make the flat a home we are all fully comfortable in. We hang out (in and out of the flat) on occasion and chit chat frequently, but also have our own lives and friends (many of whom have now become shared friends). Others have described us as "chill" and "weirdly clean".

The flat:
is super spacious and modern, boasting an open plan communal living area, complete with inbuilt kitchen bits, six-seater dining table, comfy sofas, loads of natural light from the windows that overlook Victory Park, and a large terrace/balcony area that has never failed to impress our guests. As an aside, we're taking this opportunity to redecorate a little to level up the flat, and you could be part of that.

Your room:
includes a double bed, two bed-side tables with drawers, a three-door wardrobe, massive window overlooking the park, and a large chest of drawers. You would be sharing a large bathroom with Vikesh (who is very clean).

The area:
is East Village, also known as the Olympic Village, where the athletes stayed. Ultra vibrant, green, up and coming, great restaurants, cool bars, chill cafes. You would be living five floors above a farmer's veg shop, a butchers, an award winning Gelateria....and more!

The area is lively but isn't uncomfortably busy the way many parts of London can be.

- We are 2min walk from Westfield, so basically every shop you need
- 2min walk from Stratford international (DLR, & high speed train 6min to Kings Cross St. Pancras!), and <10min walk from Stratford station
- 10min walk from Hackney Wick (the new Shoreditch) and scenic canal life

will be sociable, clean up after yourself in communal areas
