The Flat:
The flat is a large penthouse with a balcony that stretches half way around. The living room and kitchen is open plan and modern. The flat has a washer/dryer, storage cupboard, large oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave. The hallway has recently been fitted with a large mirror too!

The bedroom is large with a double bed, large wardrobe and three chest of drawers. The white furniture shown in the pictures will be removed when we move out (making more space). One wall has been painted green as a feature wall. The bedroom is the furthest from the living room and kitchen.

The bathroom has a bath/shower. There's also a private garden at the bottom of the building that only residents in the building have access to via gates/a lift.

Bills come to approx £50-75 a month but varies depending on what season.

Location:
The flat is the closest building to Stratford International DLR Station, Stratford International High Speed Rail Station - 2 minutes walk. It's also a 4 minute walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.

Within 2 minutes of the flat is a Sainsbury's, a gym and 2 restaurants. The East Village is full of places to eat including a fish shop, Chinese and Italian venues. There's also plenty of places to go for a drink - we recommend 'Tina We Salute You'. There's lots of open space nearby, including the Olympic Park and wetlands. The East Village also hosts special events throughout the year.

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Anton and Adam who are a couple that share the bedroom with the en-suite and a currently un-decided flatmate who will be moving in at a similar time as you. The flat is LGBT or couple friendly, so please don’t feel put off if there’s two of you! Anton and Adam are both a good balance of social and independent. Anton works in graphic design and Adam works as a teacher.
