The house is in East Village so there are numerous bars/cafes/restaurants a few minutes walk away.

House is approximately 5 minutes walk from Stratford International Station or DLR and 10-15 mins walk from Stratford Station or Hackney Wick Station.

House is split across 3 floors.

- Bathroom shared with 1 other flatmate
- Private patio with garden furnishings
- Secure communal courtyard at back of house for residents in block
- Parking is available underneath the housing block (although a permit is required)
- Onstreet parking is also available and permit can be got through council
- Bike storage is available in the residents' garage below accomodation.
- All communal cleaning outside of house (e. g. window cleaning/gardening) is done by East Village Management at no extra cost.

We are a really friendly group of people (2 females, 2 males currently) all working within retail/professional services firms. Looking for a new person to take my room in the house due to relocation to another country in September.
