Lovely room in East Village

I am leaving my flat and I require a replacement.

I live with two lovely girls, I share a bathroom with one girl and the living room is shared space. Also, there is a large balcony area and the bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The bathroom is large, a bath with a shower and large cupboard space for products.

The living room and kitchen is open planned, we all share kitchen utensils, we have a dishwasher which makes cleaning easier!

The two girls are professionals who work close by, they are both very friendly and nice people. We will have evenings together, and we have time apart.

The rent is £746.80 a month with bills on top, bills work out to about £100 a month.
