This is a lovely double bedroom flat situated 5min walking distance from Stratford Tube Station.

The bedroom is available from 11th of November.

It's a very tidy, clean and secure flat, which is easy to maintain. The bedroom comes with a large triple door wardrobe, comfy double bed, a chest of drawers and bed side tables. The flat is fully furnished. You will own a very spacious bathroom, which is next to your bedroom.

You will live with one flatmate who has his own en-suite bedroom. He's professional, very respectful, lovely person. He's 30.

I'll be taking a little sofa (from my bedroom) and TV with me.

There's a large kitchen/living room, balcony, shared courtyard & parking and bike storage is also available. Please note parking is not included in the rent. Bike storage is for free.

Bills: an average £120 a month sometimes less, internet is included.
