Description
We’re looking for somebody to move in to our lovely, pristine and homely flat as I have to move out after enjoying five years living here to move to another country.
We take pride in keeping it clean and looking nice and would like somebody to come in and do the same. (We bring in a cleaner every month or so to keep on top of everything)
The other two flat mates are moving out in February to buy somewhere which means you can either stay until then or they can Help you find new housemates to move in.
Sarah is a designer and Eva is a membership manager so as much as we all have the same interests and enjoy a nice catch up (sometimes with a nice meal and a glass of wine, or occasionally we venture out for a dance at Printworks) when we see each other , we’re also busy getting on with our own lives so the balance works well. We’re all very considerate with each other (keeping noise to a minimum, and looking out for whatever the flat needs) so we are looking for somebody who will do the same.
The flat is new build, so all features are modern and working well. We’re also lucky enough to have an L shaped ‘winter garden’ balcony (great for summer meals and drying washing!) under floor heating, a washing machine and dish washer.
There’s one main bathroom in the house, which you will be sharing with just one flatmate as one of the other bedrooms has an en suite.
The area is full of great restaurants, bars, shops and is not far from Hackney Wick for more nightlife. We’re right opposite Westfield for some convenient shopping trips, and our letting agency GLL are really great at putting on free events for the residents.
Transport links are incredible, with Stratford International a two minute walk away (where there is a 6 minute train to Kings Cross) and a 5-10 min walk from Stratford station with central, jubilee, DLR, TFL line abs bus links.
All bills included in the amount stated. No deposit needed. Landlord is 10/10 for service. No couple of long stay partners pls!
