Light double room available in an East Village townhouse from December 1st.

The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is no admin fee or deposit, however there is a proof of earnings threshold (around £23,000.00) to qualify.

The room is in a 3-storey townhouse shared with 4 other young professionals, two females and one couple, all aged between 25-32. We are fairly social in the evening and weekends, but all have our own lives and are independent, so want someone who will fit in and be considerate and clean.

You will share a bathroom with only one other female, as two rooms in the house have en-suites. We have a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area and private outdoor patio. The rent covers, utilities, tv license, council tax and basic household supplies i. e. bin bags etc.

The townhouse is a 6 minute walk to Stratford Tube Station 2 minute walk to Stratford International and 5 minute walk to Westfield, so well connected.
