Sad as my flatmate/one of my best school friends is moving to Australia, but excited to build a new friendship with the next person.
(I have been used to having the flat a lot of the time due to ex flatmates' job being away a lot. Looking for similar/ideal if you are occasionally away too. Looking for a good mix of hanging out but also having our own space - this is all about the fit).
