Rent is £850 p/m with a deposit of £957. Bills £70pp

We are looking to move out from 1st of April.

The East Village is a trendy part of Stratford with a great range of pubs, cafes, restaurants and the Westfield mall. Residents are mostly young professionals working in the City or Canary Wharf area. Transport links are good, with Stratford international within 5 mins walking distance for DLR/High speed trains, and Stratford 10 mins walk for central, jubilee, DLR, Overground, TFL & national rail lines. This is a night tube stop.

New tenants go through a
reference check and are added to the lease by the estate management company Get Living London, who are easy to work with and keep the house and area well maintained.

There may be another room in the house coming available at a similar time, so if you have a friend also looking to move, this may be convenient to you.
