Looking for a lovely lady to take my room!

Sadly as i’ve been one of the many who’s been put in a shitty financial situation due to corona virus I’m having to move out of this gorgeous flat in East village!

About the room and flat:
The room is furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, beside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between only you and one other person!

The flat is a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor. There is a large shared living room and a large kitchen, plenty of space for you all to be cooking and in spring and summer you can enjoy our lovely balcony, all with views of the City, Canary Wharf, Stratford and the Olympic Stadium. Bills are not included in the price, but on average come to £70 per person per month, slightly higher in winter and slightly lower in summer. This includes a cleaner who comes in to clean every other week.

The flat is located in East Village, and lies within walking distance from Westfield (5 mins) and the Olympic Park (5 mins). Transport options from our flat are great, with the Jubilee Line, Central Line, Overground, DLR and train services taking you to the city centre within minutes. (Fast train to St Pancras in 7 mins!)

You’d be living with 2 ladies who are both hard working professionals. Very easy to get along with and really chilled out!

Ideally the person that moves in will be someone who enjoys doing their own thing, but is equally looking for a household where they can have the odd brunch on the weekends or have a chat in the evenings after work!
