1 En-suite & 1 Double room available East Village

One en-suite room and one large double room in East Village both furnished with beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Although available from start of July, the aim is to have the new flatmates in for August 6th when the rent payment will be due and therefore available any point up till then following reference checks completing.

Two of us are sadly moving out of our lovely flat in East Village and we’re looking for two people to move in to the three bedroom flat. One flatmate will be staying on, Madhu is 27 and works in consulting, she’s easy going, enjoys relaxing in the flat on weeknights, cooking together, and taking advantage of the open spaces around the Olympic Park on weekends.

The rent is due on the 6th of each month so we are looking for someone who can replace us from July 2020.

• No deposit is required!
• Rent for the en-suite is £975 a month and the double room is £870 a month, and bills are approx. £80-100 a month in the winter (less in the summer)
• Apartment is on the 7th floor and has a garage and you can apply for a parking space (around £60 a month)
• Large modern open plan communal living space which has air conditioning and a big balcony
• En-suite bedroom has its own air conditioning for those hot summer evenings
• The flat mate who takes the double room would be sharing the main bathroom with Madhu, which preferably would be a female, whilst the other has an en-suite and no preference on male or female.
• GetlivingLondon are the estate agency and are really great at sorting any problems. They also run frequent events for residents in the village.

For when things start to get back to normal there are lots of brunch spots and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket, Better gym, GP, dentist, and Westfield shopping centre which are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

Stratford International DLR station is a 5 minute walk and Stratford station is a mere 12 minute walk.
