Double room available in beautiful friendly home

Hello everyone!
I am looking to rent out my beautiful double bedroom in the lovely East Village in Stratford as I am moving for my job.
The room is a good sized double room with floor to ceiling windows that give amazing light into the room all day (also has blackout blinds for those weekend lie-ins....)
The room itself is unfurnished but would be open to selling some of the current furniture in the room ie bed if needed. However the room came with a pretty big wardrobe that fits a lot of clothes.

The flat itself is very modern, and always lovely and clean and would be shared with two of the nicest girls! Laura and Itziar who both work hard in central london (pre-covid times...) While we all have different lives and friends, we all got on really well and enjoyed chilling together in the evenings with a drink and some tv.
The flat itself is a chill place to relax, and not a party house and I know the two girls would like someone who is clean and respectful of that :)
The living room/kitchen are open plan with underfloor heating and already fully furnished already with everything needed.
We also have a balcony with table and chairs that gets sunlight almost all day which has been great when the weather is good

You would be sharing the bathroom with one person which is very modern and with a great shower.

Location wise it is great, we are just 5 minutes to Stratford international and 7 minutes to Stratford stations. Additionally you can get a high speed train to St. pancras from Stratford international that takes just 7 minutes. Westfield shopping centre is dangerously just opposite us and we are a 4 minute walk to Sainsburys

Now for the boring bits :
I am flexible with move in dates but ideally would be around the start of August. But could be a bit before or later.
Rent is £780 and there is no deposit which is very nice. Also free wifi .
Bills are not included but are usually only around £60-70 every month
There is an option for car parking which is located under the apartment
