Looking for a female flatmate (only) to join a clean, beautiful, newly-built three bedroom, two bathroom flat in East Village, Stratford. This furnished flat contains a large shared open plan living room with wooden flooring and a private balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with 2 ovens and modern amenities such as a wine cooler and a dishwasher.

The room contains a double bed, 3-door wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The bathroom will be shared with one female flatmate.

It is a short walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre as well as Stratford Station on the Central, Jubilee and DLR lines. The area is surrounded by beautiful parks and ample cycling areas.

The current flatmates include a male & female couple living in the ensuite room and a female flatmate in the other double room. The new flatmate will be sharing a bathroom with the other current female flatmate. We are 2 young professionals and 1 student of African descent working and schooling in the city. The ideal flatmate will be clean, friendly and respectful.
