Double bedroom ensuite, East Village Stratford

We’re looking for somebody to move in to our lovely, pristine and homely flat. I’m moving out and buying a property nearby, after enjoying three great years of living here.

The room is an ensuite double bedroom for rent in East Village, Stratford. £850 a month (£950 with bills included, usually under). Super quiet, as room backs on to a communal garden. The flat is a few mins walk from Stratford tube station and Westfield shopping centre and a minuets walk from Stratford international. The flat is a new build, so all features are modern and working well. We’re lucky enough to have an L shaped ‘winter garden’ balcony (great for summer meals and drying washing!), open plan living room and kitchen, under floor heating, a washing machine and dish washer.

Close to all of stratford amenities, restaurants, bars, cafes. Hackney Wick and the canal around a 10 min walk, which is perfect in the summer, and the River Lea is super close, which is great for walking and running.

Doctors, dentist and beauty salon also nearby. You really are amongst it all!

Eva is a membership manager and Emma works in mental health. We all have the similar interests and enjoy a nice catch up (sometimes with a nice meal and a glass of wine, or occasionally we venture out for a pint or 2) when we see each other, we’re also busy getting on with our own lives so the balance works well. We’re all very considerate with each other (keeping noise to a minimum, and looking out for whatever the flat needs) so we are looking for somebody who will do the same.

We take pride in keeping the place clean and looking nice. We bring in a cleaner every month or so to keep on top of everything.
