The move-in date is advertised as 16th Sept (as that’s when rent comes out) but a bit earlier is also possible.

There’s a spacious winter garden which is great for chilling or doing a workout. The flats were part of the Athletes Village built for the 2012 Olympics and we have tried our best to keep the flat in a very good condition. The flat is also walking distance to the amazing Olympic park, and Victoria Park in Hackney - about a 20mins walk away.

YOUR ROOM: your bedroom is fully furnished, including a spacious built-in wardrobe, bedside drawers and a double bed. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other flatmate.

BILLS: some bills are included such as Wi-Fi provided by Hyperoptic. Other bills such as council tax (£40 each p/m), East London Energy (varies on the time of year but around £25 each on average, ), Electricity (£11 p/m) and Water (around £10 p/m) are paid separately.

AMENITIES: the flat is within walking distance to supermarkets, bars, amazing coffee and ice-cream shops, a gym and of course Westfield.

TRANSPORT: Stratford Int'l station is <5 mins walk (7mins speed train to Kings Cross St Pancras) or Stratford station is 8-9 mins walk with National Rail Services, Overground, Central Line, Jubilee Line and DLR (+Crossrail coming soon).

CONTRACT: The flat is owned by Get Living London who operate a £0 deposit scheme. References will need to be provided through 'Reference My Tenant.' Contracts are all drawn up on a 3 year basis (with the option to swap in and out) and the current contract ends in May 2023.

FLATMATES: Current flatmates work in project management and marketing and are both very easy going, friendly and keep the flat clean and tidy. We are looking for someone that wishes to make this their home too, who are friendly and can chill out with after work and on weekends but equally have their own hobbies.
