King Size Room (With Separate Private Bathroom)

Hello all! Looking for a housemate. My current flat mate is sadly moving out. She’s been living here with me for 2 years!

Large double room with a separate private bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished and the bathroom comes with a walk in shower and wet room (see picture)

Rent is £1123 a month (plus bills). It’s on the expensive side but it’s a gorgeous upmarket flat in a great area and you would only be living with one other person (me). It’s available from 23rd September but not flexible past that date as much as I’d want but if you are interested we can chat and see!

Bills usually work out around £180 per month each….this has sadly Increased because of the state the country is currently in!

- free hyper-optic WiFi (I pay a little bit extra for the WiFi so it’s quick and fast and reliable! I never have any issues with it! Streaming is great too.

- Outside balcony over looking Liberty bridge road
- Underfloor heating
- Underground parking available at additional cost - managed by get living
- Bike storage
- Minimalistic looking flat perfect for someone who enjoys clean surroundings.

About me:
- I am a Irish primary school teacher. I work in central Monday to Friday and enjoy my weekends. I don’t work from home. I have been living in this area for a number of years and lived in London for the past 10 years.
- I’m Irish so obviously enjoy the craic and banter!
- I love nights in during the week - probably nestled doing some work in my room on my laptop or sometimes enjoy midweek theatre trips, walks, cinema trips etc! I live for the weekends and try to see friends or have quiet weekends.

Usually keep myself to myself, but would love to find someone who i can be friends with and introduce to my group of friends. And someone who likes a little chat or rant - I’m a good listener! Please let me know if you work from home, at office or both.

I have lived in this flat for 6 years. The flat is clean, tidy and minimalistic. I have taken care of the flat - keeping up with the day to day cleaning and doing a weekly deep clean. I enjoy the flat more when it’s looking it’s best. I have a little routine to clean on a Friday so it’s looking its best for the weekend. I would love to find someone who will treat this flat like a home, rather than somewhere to sleep or stay.

Treating it like a home, getting to know my flat mate, and becoming friends is what I would love - that’s what makes it a home💙

The flat is open to everyone and is LGBTQ+ friendly. I am gay and it would be lovely to live with another person who was LGBTQ+ but I generally don’t mind who I live with. Open to all
