It’s a lovely open spacious new property situated in East Village, the old athletes village in the Olympic park. 5/10 minutes from Stratford underground, overground, DLR, buses and Westfield Stratford.
You would be sharing with Elizabeth - 30, female and works in Consulting. She is looking for someone who is easy going, considerate and clean!
The flat has a large open plan living area which is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen with A rated appliances, everything you would expect, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.
The flat also benefits from a balcony area.
The room to let is a good sized double furnished with double bed, large triple fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. You also get your own large bathroom with a bath and shower.
The flat is spacious and airy with floor to ceiling windows . There's a private internal courtyard for the use of residents only which you can see from the bedrooms.
I am looking for working professionals preferably. No couples. No pets. You must be employed or self-employed and able to demonstrate your income, and will be subject to reference checks by the agent.
Rent is £1172 per month excluding bills (£190 per month for Council Tax, Ecotricity and Thames Water). No deposit is required.
There is free secure underground bike storage.
Viewings ideally to take place ASAP - we will make a quick decision as referencing takes a couple of weeks.
